I,ve woken this morning full of cold, my throat is so sore that it feels like I'm swallowing razor blades, I just had a drink of ice cold coke and nearly hit the roof, I have a headache which won't shift, keep going hot and cold and my nose won't stop itching/running, and I can't stop sneezing.
BUT
I promised dd2 we would make a cake yesterday (I didn't feel ill then) so she is pestering, I have to do a sunday roast for dh when he comes in from work and then bath the rugrats and do homework.
All I want to do is have a hot bath, get in my jimjams and lie on the sofa.
Tea and sympathy greatly appreciated (sniffle)
