Urinary / bladder infection? What symptoms?

What are the symptoms of urinary or bladder infection in a 3 year old boy? Anybody know?

Off the top of my head

Pain on urination
Fever
smelly urine

possibly vomiting/nausea

He had an accident yesterday when we were out, and tried to wee on his own, but wet his underpants and trousers quite badly. We did not have a change of clothes for him, and it was windy. Today he can barely make it to the toilet on time, and sobs a little. Says his willy hurts. But it looks a little red on the tip. He is otherwise ok. Sometimes he says weeing hurts, other times it doesnt hurt.

Does/will he we in potty?

If he does see if it is cloudy/bloodstained.
is he wnating to go more frequently, but only dribbling when he getstgere?

He wees more frequently as he has been drinking a lot today, but it is the usual amount and not just dribbles. He has been weeing on the toilet, and it looks just like usual. It is just like it happens really FAST and normally he can keep it in a little while.
