My DH, who is a trained fitness instrutor [swoon] (but who works in IT)... says that squats are good, despite you thinking they only do your legs.

If you have some weights in each hand and do the squats, all the better.

I personally can't be a*sed though, and I just ate a lovely Crunchie, having had two cheeseburgers in Mcdonalds for lunch .

Walking (3 miles + a day) is the best thing for tummy muscles, far better than crunches (or even crunchies egg).

Egg I have been going to classes twice a week - been doing loads of squats and lunges with weights and I still look fat and disgusting!
