it feels/looks like smoke in front of my eyes

....is the easiest way i can describe it it is not there all the tim i t comes and goes and have been experiencing it since last night- what could it be.
i am always worried as i am blind in one eye from birth is it something bad?

poor you, no wonder you are worried

but I bet this is something simple - maybe a mild infection (I've had 'misty' eyes ending up in eye infections the last couple of years) or could it be you've just become aware of your 'floaters' - everyone gets these but sometimes if you become aware of them they can seem worse than they are IYSWIM?
