Small dry red patches

DD (almost 4mo) has a some dry red patches on her chest. She doesnt seem to be bothered by them. At the same time of noticing them I noticed that she has a couple of cradle cap patches.

Could these be linked? Is this eczema?

She is exclusively BF and I would be most annoyed if it was.

Should I use oilatum in the bath?

Could be excema - bit soon to tell. I would certainly moisturise to try and clear it up.

You could try using aqueous cream - tis very bland and less slippy than oilatum in the bath - just slap it on a couple of times a day - esp after bath time. You can get huge tubs from behind the pharmacy counter.
