Hello, I have had an ongoing dizzy issue since Friday last week its now Wednesday and I feel like Im partially drunk or on a boat when I get up, the slightest movement sends me off into a spin literally! I then got a cold sore, so I know I am rundown, to then get a viral head cold on Monday/Tuesday and today that has gone per se but the dizziness is what is making me feel super edgy and anxious as I cant get up without the room going mad! Doctor told me its Vestibular and I need to take anti sickness tablets to help the dizzy spells or motion sickness pills and to do vestibular exercises in time. Anyone had this before, did it go away on its own, a tad worried as its just not getting easier or better!! thank you so much

Sounds exactly like BPPV - the Epley Manoeuvres and time will sort it if it is. It’s horrible, be careful you don’t fall. Mine has generally sorted itself within a few days.
