High mch

My son has bloods and it says satisfactory but his MCH is high. What could this indicate? I'm waiting on coeliac results for him too.

Can this be linked? Should I question it with the GP?

I had this on my blood results- it was an indication that my b12 was low. Not massively so but it was just a red cell variation and nothing to worry about. Coeliacs would usually cause a drop in MCH due to insufficient iron so unlikely to be that x
