Vomiting after large meals

About 10 or so years ago I went through a period of having v low blood pressure. Doctor said there was nothing they could do other than lifestyle advice (don’t get dehydrated, wear compression socks, eat salty food). At some point it must have resolved itself.

Last few weeks I can feel it’s come back but I have some added charming features. If I have a large meal, about 30-60 mins later, I feel my heartbeat increasing, I start to feel v odd and I throw up. Last night I was out at a dinner for work. Got on the tube, knew I was going to be sick, got off and had to take an uber home with my head in a plastic bag!

does anyone else get this? Is there anything I can do? I looked it up and it might be postprandial hypotension (made worse if you drink with a meal which I did last night). Just wondering if anyone has any tips!

Go back to the GP. It could be many things.
