Chest xray results- concerning or not?

I've got a lot of pain around my right ribs/chest. I went to the dr who gave me painkillers and sent me for an xray. She thought maybe a chest infection.
It is better but not completely. I'm still sleeping semi upright, breathing hurts, coughing and sneezing is agony.
I've been texted my xray results. They want me to have another in a couple of weeks as ' it was generally clear, but there was a spot on the base of the right lung' which they want to look at again.
I dont really want to google but have you ever been recalled for another xray? Tell me not to panic.

It’s a fairly standard thing to do if there is a history that would fit with infection. In all likelihood it will resolve, if not, further investigations will be arranged. Try not to worry. Hope your repeat XRay is ok. 💐

my mums on her third quarterly chest x-ray for a spot on her lung to see if it’s changed. fingers crossed itll remain the same. no idea what it is.

I had x-ray in February, followed by another, then a CT, then another. They don't seem concerned and say it's likely inflammation.
