Anal fissure

I have suffered with haemorrhoidsband anal fissures since o had my first child almost 22 years ago. I have five children so they seem to come and go. However as always every now and again I had a very painful poo like pooing glass and when I wiped there was spots of bright red blood. Nothing in water or on poo. This has happens on and off over years. The today two very large poos and when I wiped a small light pink blood on tissue . Not on water on pooh. My health anxiety is very bad at moment as I'm dealing a lot at home with no help from ex husband . I'm too scared to go to the dr but know I have to. I keep thinkinn it's HPV but last test was last year and negative and I don't have a partner or had sex with anyone new since that last test. I also did a home test for 16/18 and negative . As I had HPV year before but didn't know what one and it had gone but that was before my current partner I was with for over a year and tested negative . Is this my health anxiety or just my menopause causing me to think everything is cancer ?

Hi
I had anal fissures after child birth too causing me on and off pain and intermittent bleeding where i would find spots of blood on the tissue. I was really uncomfortable for a few days that i even bought lactulose to try and help. I ended up going to see a colorectal surgeon at Cosmedics Harley street that treated my fissure with botox injections so that it could heal. Best thing I could have done. I really hope this helps and can get sorted for you

Thank you . Well I'm almost 49 now . Had 5 natural births . But as I have got older i freak out thinking it's cancer .
