Minipill endo

Hey! Have the iud and was put on minipill (desogesterol) three months ago to help with endo symptoms! After two to three weeks it helped so much that I had very little symptoms but now three months in endo symptoms returning with very sore boobs and some spotting! Does anyone know why this could be happening? Thank you!

Following as I’m on the mini pill to control symptoms while awaiting a fibroid removal and new IUD. Not sure if they want me to come off the mini pill then to see if IUD alone controls things.

I can’t have a lap and excision at the same time as due to childhood surgery a lap is higher risk for me so I need to wait for a time where I have more childcare support in place in case I need to stay in hospital a few nights. So my endo is suspected by gynae on symptoms rather than diagnosed right now. This is all new to me, severe symptoms since June but gynae thinks I’ve had progressive disease for a while that has been relatively silent but now peri has sent it wild

They suspect I might be in Peri too and this is why everything has flared up the way it has! Are you going through many peri symptoms? How is the mini pill settling for you? I’ve had many hormonal issues that are making things bit more difficult now too
