So my doctors have confirmed im going through Perimenopause. Bit of backstory, I had a total hysterectomy 3 years ago at the age of 33 as a result of adenomyosis and endometriosis. They left in my ovaries due to my age at the time. Im now full throttle in perimenopause and really struggling with it all. The doctors have finally decided to try me on HRT patches, the combined due to my health history.
Im just curious of anyone else's experience with them?
