Right Bundle Branch Block

Anyone else got experience of Right Bundle Branch Block?

I recently had an ECG due to chest pain, indigestion and a tender jaw. Which then developed into a fever and high heart rate whenever I stood up. After a week of diarrhoea I eventually found out I’d actually had food poisoning.

A&E told me the ECG was normal, but my bloods showed I had a viral thing. When I was looking at my NHS app to find the results of my stool sample, I discovered the ECG said I have RBBB - Right Bundle Branch Block.

I’ve read up on this on the internet and know it can be harmless, but I’m still worrying about it and waiting to speak to my GP.

I have a left BBB. Came up on a pre surgery check. I was referred to a cardiologist and had couple of tests including an echocardiogram. Everything was fine, and I have no symptoms

Thanks. I’m going to push to have a proper check with a cardiologist. A couple of years ago I woke up in the night feeling like something heavy was sat on my chest, I had jaw pain and pain down my right arm. This went on for about 5-10 minutes and then it subsided. It was very odd. I do wonder if it was a heart issue. Woke up feeling ok in the morning.
