I've had constant and absolutely deafening catastrophic tinnitus for over four years now and don't know how much more I can take of this. It's destroyed my life. Anyone else suffering badly with this and can suggest any help please?

I'm so sorry, that sounds very distressing. I haven't had tinnitus myself but I know someone who did and had great relief and improvement from acupuncture. Obviously I can't say whether that would work for you but if you've never tried or considered it it must be worth you thinking about it.
I really hope you find relief @Cantcopemuchlonger558. 💐

Thank you. I'm actually house bound as it's so severe, I'm not really keen on having needles stuck in me though. I'm going to try hypnotherapy, I expect it won't work but got to try I suppose.
