Muscle strain or more?

I'm in a lot of pain in my tummy below my belly button and to the sides. I've had pain like this for months and I'm undergoing investigation for endometriosis. However I exercised a few days ago and since then the pain is so bad it's hard to move about without flinching. It's tender to touch.

Is this just because I've pulled a muscle or has it made a problem worse? Is it worth going to the GP? I just feel silly if it's just a muscle strain

GP.
but which exercise do you think made it worse?

It was crunches that triggered it. I immediately stopped

Was the timeline that you started getting these pains, went to GP, which started the investigation for endometriosis, the pain has lingered for months and then a few days ago doing crunches the pain became acute?

Or does the endometriosis investigation predate these lower tummy and side pains?

Any constipation?

It was that I was getting this kind of pain that triggered referral. I've had ultrasounds that are clear. Had a colonoscopy that was clear. They even suspected appendicitis but I wasn't sick enough.

Then the exercise has made it acute. I do suffer with constipation as well. Always have done.

The pain goes into my right groin too

prior to the crunches, you were living with this pain for months.
how was your general health at that time?
any fainting, dizziness, loss of appetite, mobility problems?

I've had pelvic pain on and off for years, I do get very tired. But bloods are normal.

Do you always see the same GP or can you choose?
I’m wondering if a different GP might take a new approach.

It seems to be pot luck as to who I get. Some are really good some aren't. I'll see how I get on today. Just going to take things slowly.
