Concerned re possible seizures?

Last night I was out at a restaurant with my friend. We had had two cocktails before and I had ordered a wine with my meal, though had only had a couple of mouthfuls. This was over the space of three hours just to give context (I wasn’t drunk) and I started feeling really weird.
at first I thought I was going to be sick so I excused myself to the loo to get myself together then when I returned a couple of minutes later the feeling came back. I can only describe it as a fizzy head, cold sweat and I felt like I wanted to scrunch myself up, like the lights were making me uncomfortable. Well then I can’t remember anything and my friend said I went completely grey, eyes just staring for about 20s and I wasn’t responding then I collapsed on to the table. Completely stiff, eyes rolled back, jaw and teeth clenched.
this lasted about a minute and when I came around I was confused and convinced I had just taken a nap (?!) about a minute later it happened again, though this time I fell off my chair. And it lasted longer (maybe 2 min). Apparently the whole restaurant came over to help, some kind stranger was slapping my face (!) because no one could be sure I was breathing as I was so grey and stiff.
well the staff called an ambulance (not in Uk) who arrived about 30min later and were pleased with my obs, also understood I wasn’t intoxicated.

anyway… wtf was that?! I have NEVER had a seizure or even passed out before. I wasn’t dehydrated, I had eaten through the day. No medication/drugs of any kind. There are some stressful things going on with a family members health but personally I don’t feel too stressed.

a few months ago I had a couple of episodes where I got the fizzy head then my heart would race and I put those down to panic/anxiety attacks and tried to ignore them 🙈

anyway. I return to UK next week so will make a GP appt for when I’m back but in the meantime has anyone got any idea?

It does sound like Psychogenic Non-Epileptic seizures. Stress can present in weird ways even if you’re not feeling stressed and alcohol is a common trigger. The ambulance should have taken you to hospital for a first seizure though (I’m a Paramedic). See your GP when you’re back in the UK for sure.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. My mind has been going wild today, and obv self diagnosing on Google is a bad move!
I’ve already contacted the GP for my return, but annoyingly everything is done via an online form now and I’ve yet to hear back

Could be, but hard to say. I’d go to GP for sure.
For context I have epilepsy- was diagnosed in my early 50s but they started at 48.
i always feel sick w my seizures and sometimes I do vomit/pass out. I have temporal lobe epilepsy and main symptom is déjà vu (very strong), rising nausea, feeling of ‘doom’ and confusion afterwards/panicky feeling.
