Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? If so did you adjust your diet? I’d love to know what things you eat?

I had fatty liver. I am vegan but did like alcohol. Have given that up now so hopefully liver will thank me. I think healthy fats i.e. olive oil, avos, nuts and seeds are good. Obvious bad fats i.e. pies and sausages not good. I was surprised that carbs are thought to be bad for the liver, it turns things like white rice and white bread into fat and stores it.

Cardio exercise is good.

There is a lot of info re diet on Liver UK.

Thanks for the reply.
Have actually just been healthy oil shopping and had a yummy dinner of tofu veg and steamed edamame… I generally eat really healthy too and have drunk hardly any alcohol this year as have been losing weight, although summer holidays had started me off again - but very moderately. I don’t mind not drinking 90% of the time.

I just find it a bit scary I guess. Will definitely be super healthy and move around more - already do weights, swimming, boxing - guess I need to do more!
