NHS app/Airmid when moving surgeries

I am about to move house and therefore GP surgery

I understand my records will move with me, but I will.lose the gp information on the NHS app and my records on Airmid

As someone with chronic conditions I use this record to help.me navigate through life and other appointments (eg applying for PIP, medical history with a new provider etc)

Is there anyway to keep that information?

I think the main info is download able at a pdf but the not the progress which is a huge resource

You might. My GP doesn't use Air mid they use Systmonline and Patient Knows Best so they're not all the same.

ive just moved surgeries, the old one had Airmid, the new one seems to use a combo of the nhs app and something called Klinic. I went to order a repeat prescription today and one of my drugs was on there to request, but the other (which I’ve been on for years) wasn’t.

so unfortunately your suspicion that things might not be transferred seems correct, especially if the new surgery doesn’t use Airmid. I’d suggest call both surgeries and ask their advice, hopefully the admin teams will have had some training on the systems and might have a solution

It's such a useful record/database especially if you have brain fog
