Soft food ideas after a tooth extraction with dietary restrictions

I am expecting to be told I need a tooth extracted so have been reading all the after care guidelines. I am concerned about not being about to eat much for nearly a week, but more so that the foods suggested are mostly things I cannot (for allergy/intolerance reasons) or won't eat. These include eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, soups and avocadoes!

Does anyone have experience of this aftercare, for instance, could I eat cheese souffle - yes I know it is made with eggs, but I can eat eggs contained within a dish, just not as eggs if that makes sense! Other things I have thought of are - custard, creme caramel, panna cotta, cottage pie, jacket potato (not the skin), ice cream and mashed bananas with cream.

Any advice of suggestions, please?

Tofu? Noodles are pretty soft. Smoothie (can have all kinds of things in, you can make quite a nice chocolate nut one) may be too close to soup.
dahl?
you can add egg to enrich a home made rice pudding. Or macaroni cheese or other pasta bake would be soft.
