Recently been put back on citalopram due to health anxiety. First time round a few years ago I was put on 10mg to begin with and had hardly any side effects apart from some tiredness. Eventually moved up to 20mg and was fine for the time I was on it.
This time I was put on 20mg, took for 3 days and was suffering with heightened anxiety, tiredness, insomnia & dizziness so put back down to 10mg. I am now day 5 and the dizziness is crazy. Feel like room is spinning and going light headed when walking. Anyone else had this? My health anxiety is telling me it must be something else like my ears or low iron so need to hear other peoples stories to calm me down.
