I don’t even know how to start seeing GP for all my ailments none of which are urgent.
My GP has a one issue per appt system which pisses me off anyway as means they can never see the whole picture. But I have so many niggly things I have to sort out - have neglected my own health for so long prioritising the kids etc.
I have ongoing sinus issues that need looking into as make my life hellish in hayfever season. I need an asthma review. I have a torn meniscus that is flaring up. Same for previously severely bruised rotator cuff that needs physio probably. A scan last year showed a heel spur I need to follow up. Blood tests showed folate deficiency. Need to find out if I should worry about this and whether we need to find a reason. I have a very easy to irritate stomach that I could really do with looking into - any bug I get lasts weeks in terms of loose stools. I don’t even know how to prioritise these or request an appt. Unless I put app that on the online request and they do the prioritising. I mean it’s more than a double appt. I doubt they’d do a triple appt. And really I need them to look whole pic - I mean what if sinuses plus bone spur together means something? (I mean am sure it doesn’t, but it is possible there is something bigger going on generally). How do I even navigate this?
