My lovely husband is driving me nuts. Snoring I can deal with (bought a snoozeband) but for the past few months whenever he is asleep he is moving. At first I thought it was because he'd had a hard day at work (he's 64 and still doing a very physical job) but it is all the time now. To be fair he works almost every day so it could still be due to that.
He kicks his legs every 30 seconds or so and occasionally waves his arms about (accidentally flung one out and caught me in my face). We don't have a spare bed and I am not getting any sleep. We've been taking it in turns to sleep on the sofa.
He has been taking 25mg Amitriptyline for nerve pain and I did a Google search and think it may be this.
Anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas apart from tying his arms and legs together.
We do have a spare room but it is full of exercise equipment that we don't really want to get rid of but I might have to and get another bed in there. I need to sleep!
