Used two nasal sprays together and now worried about side effects

As if I don't have enough to give myself to worry about, I've just used 2 sprays per nostril of each medication and now I'm freaking out wondering if I'm going to have a brain bleed.

Internet is not helping because it assumes Sudafed is tablet form even though I keep typing in 'nasal spray'.

No way for me to get it out of my nostrils so what's done is done, I guess, but what can I expect?

I thought it might be okay because assumed they might work differently but now I'm second guessing myself and I'm worried!

Just to add: I've been up all night with hay fever and HA so obviously have impaired judgement which is not helping anything!

What sprays? In summer I use a steroid nasal spray plus a decongestant spray if my hayfever is bad. It’s fine.

Two nasal sprays together don’t automatically mean something serious, but it depends on the exact sprays and doses. Since you’re worried, check the labels and speak to a pharmacist for reassurance, especially if you develop unusual or severe symptoms.

I do this every time I go for a run and any time my hay fever / dodgy sinuses are feeling worse than usual. In fact did it this morning before 10mile run. I’m still alive! But I do think you need to be reviwed for your health anxiety.
