Back in June, I weighed 50kg which was my norm. I was exercising (sits up, small weights for arms etc) 3 times a week and eating normally. I then developed anxiety due to investigations for heart issues (no issues found), but I was waking up with a knot in my stomach every morning, loss of apatite in the morning, but was able to eat late lunch (small sandwich) and dinner. This lasted until 2 weeks ago when I feel I've been eating a bit more, but definitely less cakes, wine, and smaller portions. I just weighed myself after noticing my ring is loose and scale showed 47.3kg. Now I'm spiralling because I'm worried I have an underlying condition causing the weight loss, although I've had multiple blood test lately, all normal. For past 2 weeks , I feel like I've eaten more so why the weigh loss? I haven't started doing exercise yet.
