Great! Fungal toenail and pregnant....

Does anyone know a good remedy for a fungal toenail? I have my first one, and the infection is painless but seems to be spreading across the nail. I've googled and some recommendations are using tea tree oil or soaking in vinegar. Does anyone know if these work? And would they be okay when you are (22 weeks) pregnant? At the rate this flashing monster is taking over my big toe, no one, just no one, is going to want to sit next to me in pregnancy yoga

I've lived with mine!
but tea tree is ok as far as I know
ask gp?

tea tree is good but you have to try and get to the infection itself which means under the nail if at all possible
smells a bit as well, but not too bad

oh, so much sympathy. I am struggling to get rid of my fungal infection so that I can TTC. For the last week I've been putting tea tree oil on in twice a day as well as taking the medication (which you prob already know you can't take when pg). It doesn't look any better yet but it does look a bit whiter - am hopeful it's doing something.

Thanks guys -- think I will carry on seeing if I can live with it, till I see the GP next time and double check. And there's always the consolation that all too soon I won't be able to see beyond the bump to my toes anyway
