Natural treatments for psoriasis after steroid cream use?

Has anyone treated psoriasis naturally? If so what did you use/do? I have the scalp type but itchy flaky ears too and in my c section scar I often have the red rash.

Dr gave me steroid cream today but said I am only allowed to use it for 3 weeks, what then? I have been suffering for 3 years with it after my 2nd baby was born in lockdown and my diet went downhill (lots of sugar /comfort eating) I have a lot of stress day to day as well.

I get psoriasis but on my legs - I use rosehip oil and it helps soften the skin and take the itch out.

Following. I have been suffering for 3 years. The steroid creams help, but then when I stop it comes back worse. I can’t seem to get rid of it definitely
