Blood pressure question

I am supposed to be recording my blood pressure for 7 days. Today was the first day. First reading was a bit high, as expected. Second reading slightly lower.
As I went to do the third reading, some sacred medieval choral music played on my phone and I immediately felt really relaxed. My third reading, taken during the music was much, much lower.
I now don't know which reading to submit. Which one would be correct?

My GP always asks me to take an average of the three readings.

I’ve just done 7 days and just took the lowest reading each time. Was a pain in the arse enough to do it, buggered if I was going to start doing maths.

When I've done it, it's been over 5 days. I do 3 readings, 3 times a day. Put them in a spreadsheet and get a session, daily and overall average. I'm maybe a bit nerdy.
