I have never been one for drinking water always just lived on fizzy drinks. Trying to drink water now and just peeing constantly. Not just little dribbles either it’s full volumes🙈

im at the loo every hour. more than that when i have water and then coffee in the morning though!

it’s good to flush out the toxins.

It absolutely sucks but the difference it makes is huge, I work retail with very little chance to get to the toilet so have to not drink much on my days on and my hair and skin are awful! I used to be a fizzy drink drinker before and found the same!

Well what goes in must come out. How much are you drinking over a day?

Try a tiny pinch of sea salt in your water in the morning. When I gave up fizzy drinks i was peeling constantly. Maybe it’s water retention? But the helped balance my system a bit.

Also sorry I think posted about this a couple of days ago on here but I was talking about it on Reddit and I thought I posted that on there rather than here🙈

Just don’t drink as much? You’re just overloading your kidneys for absolutely no reason.
