Rash on both thighs spreading down legs.

Hi, had a rash on both thighs since yesterday & seems to be spreading down my legs. Not itchy, was out in the sun on Saturday but not sure it’s a heat rash. I do have health anxiety so automatically worry! I’ve taken an antihistamine but don’t seem to be doing anything.

Yes its a heat/sweat rash.
Honestly its nothing to worry about just try to keep out of the sun or wear light weight, lose fitting cotton or linen trousers for a couple of days and it should go away

I have this on my neck and chest. I feel its from the heat and constantly sweating.

Take piriton and use cold compresses…
