I’ve had aching in my hands for the last few months. It feels like it’s in the joints of my fingers but it’s also in the palms of my hands too. It’s worse at night and in the mornings, but I do feel it throughout the day. They feel slightly stiff and I’ve almost dropped a plate once when I suddenly felt weakness in my handz
I saw the GP and she checked my finger and palm strength, both were strong. She said there wasn’t any swelling.
I’m otherwise quite healthy though I’m generally very tired with my kids. What could it be?
