Pivmecillinam - anyone had this?

I have a uti. I am usually ok with pivmecillinam but this time I experienced dizziness, headache, feeling sleepy, feeling weak, shaking, a fast heartbeat and confusion after taking the first double dose. Should I try and continue with just the one tablet from now on as planned or stop and get a different antibiotic tomorrow? My partner thinks I should keep taking them but I felt awful and it could be a sign of low blood sugar or low carnitine apparently.

I haven't had that one but any time I have a UTI I am systemically unwell so get symptoms like that - is it possible it's the UTI causing it and not a reaction to the meds?

Maybe contact a pharmacist or the person who prescribed it to ask for advice?

Definitely the antibiotic unfortunately, didn't feel like that beforehand, just very tired and painful wees.
