has anyone had breast implants on the nhs?

I would like to know how one qualifies. I know of 2 friends who have had reductions which seemed to be quite straightforward as they said they were having back pain ( both admitted to me it was complete lie). Regardless, I would love to know more information

I do know someone well, actually I know 3 women who have had NHS boob jobs, 2 reconstructive after breast Cancer

the first however wasn't, she blagged it but theres no way in hell I'll be passing on HOW she blagged it to anyone, just incase any more valuable NHS resources are wasted in the way
