Is this infected insect bite red streak coming from it

I thought that looked like a bruise. I'd definitely get some advice on it. I think your local pharmacist could advise.

I have Skeeter Syndrome and have had infected bites, but I never seen an insect bite like that. Mamy years ago I had what they then called Blood Poisoning, and had a dark red line tracking up my leg.

I would show that to a pharmacist asap.

I would get that checked pretty quickly. Any striping could be spreading infection.
