Has anyone had laser treatment for stenosis, to remove a 'lump of hard jelly-like tissue' which is pressing on a nerve root?
I have severe nerve impingement at C7 with lots of symptoms (pain, numbness, dizziness), but they can't be sure that my symptoms are coming from the impingement. So I'm afraid the procedure might not help and might even make things worse.
I have discussed it with doctors and surgeons and they can only say they can't be sure, which is fair enough.
Could someone let me know how horrible the procedure is and what the after effects were to help me decide, please?
