Cleaners, have you had forearm pain and tingling from scrubbing?

Any other cleaners out there ?
I am a cleaner and do a lot of deep cleans , I started out back in December.
anyway recently iv been getting a tender sore forearm and yesterday some numbness and tingling in my right hand only lasted about 10 minutes . I do a lot of scrubbing as you can imagine and am wondering if iv possible pulled a muscle or damaged a nerve.
My wrist can get painful after a day at work which is why I wondered if it’s related or I’m just having a major freak out thinking somethings wrong with me ( health anxiety)
any other cleaners experience this or is it just me ?

I am not a cleaner but recently had to spend a few days deep cleaning and part of that was some pretty intense scrubbing. Afterwards I had a really tingly hand as you describe . Anyway I don’t scrub that often so after a good rest it was fine but this week , more scrubbing , i noticed the same sensation. So imo , you can get some kind of rsi from scrubbing.

I get RSI- repetitive strain injury. Flares up at times. I get the tingling and pain with it.

I’m a cleaner.

I get a snapped elastic band sensation in my hand occasionally, but I find it’s fixed with magnesium supplements.

So I think it’s my age/a deficiency.

Thanks for all your replies , I thought I’d add a photo of where it looks to be slightly swollen just on the left side of the picture (if you can see it ) and is slightly tender when pushed. The pain would normally be worst when I raised my arm and bent my wrist back , it would feel like a pulling sensation and feel sore.
iv taken it easy and tried not to over use my wrist and the pain has gone down a lot now. Do you think I had pulled something ? Anyone else had swelling from constant cleaning ?
im going to give it another week and if the swelling remains or the pain comes back I’ll go to GP.
just to add arthritis runs in the family and I generally do get aches and pains
