I get bruised and scraped a lot with my son who has complex needs, do you find Arnica helps with healing time? If yes, cream, gel or tablets.

i have the cream but not sure it’s helping…. How many times do you use to see improvement?

The tablets might work faster x

I think both the cream and tablets do help, but would think we all have different timelines for recovery if that makes sense.

Only if you believe in it

Topical arnica (the cream) has been shown to have some effect on reducing bruising. If the tablets are homeopathic ones, then you may as well have a nice glass of water - much cheaper and just as effective (or not).

Arnica tablets are homeopathic and have no active ingredients - they are basically just sugar, and can only have a placebo effect. The cream does has some actual arnica in it, so might possibly help, but only in a limited way.

arnica cream really speeds up my bruises going

You can get pure arnica essential oil and either use that neat or mix it with another oil or cream to make a more potent remedy. Arnica actually does improve healing.
