Abnormal ECG and symptoms

I was wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar. For a while now I've been struggling with the sensation of not being able to get full satisfying breath of air. At first it wasn't that frequent but now I feel it daily. In addition, I feel more tired and lethargic.
A few days ago, I felt faint while at home alone. At the time, I don't think I was feeling the "air hunger" so much, but I panicked and called ambulance. They did an ECG and said it was abnormal so was sent to urgent assessment unit at hospital where they did more ECGs, bloods and chest xray.
ECGs all the same which said "incomplete right bundle branch block and mild non-specific infolateral ST depression". Dr came to see my after all my tests, listened to my chest then said all my results were normal, even ECG (something about it being normal for me?!), clear chest Xray, blood etc so I can go home but follow up with my GP re breathing issue. So I've got an appointment with GP next week where I'll ask for 24 hour tape and Echo.
In the meantime, I can't help but worry, I have terrible HA and keep thinking that there's something really wrong with my heart.
Normal iron level so this can't be anemia...
Bts when my ecgs were being done my anxiety was through the roof and my heart was pounding.

Following as I have the same symptoms but the GP thinks it’s anxiety. My 24hr ECG didn’t show anything

@sleepstories can you tell me how your breathlessness feels and how often you have this sensation? I've considered anxiety but it's definitely not that. Has this been going on long for you?

Almost daily now and worst at night, like I can’t breathe or take a breath in. Often feel faint as well and like my throat is closing

not coming in to scare you; but push for an echo.

I had all these symptoms, my fatigue was insane, I felt like my throat was closing and couldn’t get a full breath, palpitations, presyncope (fainting feeling) and my legs never felt normal. I needed a fan, all the time. My bloods, chest X-rays were always fine but my ECG showed a blocked right bundle branch.

For 4 years I was told it was anxiety and ignored, put through hours and hours and hours of counselling etc.. fast forward I finally walked into A&E one day after struggling with chest pain going up the stairs, and said I thought I was having a heart attack. A dr listened to my chest and heard a heart murmur so referred me for an echo.

at the echo it was discovered I’d been born with a congenital heart defect and needed surgery as I was approaching heart failure.

push for the echo and make yourself heard. If you are under 35 you can also check out cardiac risk in the young for free screening.

@MyWildOliveGoose OK you have scared me now and I will push for an echo when I see my GP next week. I also have private health care so sure I can get it done quickly.

The doctor listened to my chest for quite a while the other day in A&E and said everything sounded clear but I will still do the echo.

I feel like I can't get a satisfying breath of air which comes and goes during the day. However I'm able to run up 2 flight of stairs at home without issues.

Can I ask what you meant when you say your legs feel funny?

Definitely push for it, hopefully everything will be fine but when I saw the title of your thread I couldn’t ignore.

My legs just felt weird like.. almost like they didn’t work properly. It felt like I was floating not walking and that I could fall at any point. I’m not sure if that makes sense but yea, that’s how my legs felt and I began having a fear of walking down the stairs because they didn’t feel like they worked properly. Now I know I had fluid build up etc and that the fatigue wasn’t helping either.

I’ve had an ECG so hopefully it’s not that!

@sleepstories do you mean an echocardiogram or have you just had an ECG?
