pink belly button - normal?

My 8mo's belly button has got a bright pink bit inside. There's no blood or anything and she's not ill, just this bright pink spot. Is this normal?

It's prbably not dried our properly after a bath.

Just use a tiny bit of sudacrem, give it some air and make sure you give it a good dry after a bath. It happens to my dd sometimes.
