Just looking for some advice, I had an itchy what im assuming was a bite come up on mg leg friday and I did itch it , now ive developed some redness, and just worried a bit, I will be popping to pharmacy in the morning to get it checked, ive drawn a line around it now to see if the redness spreads, it was very irritated in bed last night so Im trying to work out if the redness is jist irritation

Good idea to get it checked. How do you feel generally? Do you have a high temperature?

Sudocrem tonight.
Pharmacy tomorrow.

Antihistamine cream for the itching, or a low dose steroid. They look like horsefly bites.

I feel fine no temperate. Redness has actually slight gone down this morning but there is still slight swelling so will probably trt and get it looked at.

Looks like a bite. I wouldn't recommend anything fragranced like sudocream. You can soothe it with a ice cube wrapped in something thin, take an antihistamine if you have any. Try not to itch, as hard as that is! And then get to the pharmacy when its open.

Yes I believe its a bite, it came up Friday and I did itch but tried hard not to itch it since, but yesterday morning it was looking a little angry, but it was rubbing on my trousers all day so I put the redness down to that. Ive been using gernolene but I will get myself to a pharmacist today x

I wwnt to pharmacy who gave me antibiotics she said did look slightly infected, so she gave antibiotics.

Yes certain pharmacy can prescribe for certain illnesses. They also diagnosed and gave my son antibiotics for tonsillitis x
