Increase my breast size without surgery. Since having my DD 3yrs ago my breast size has gone from 34b to 32a its really getting me down, i can't afford surgery right now, so what can i do or is there any vitamins or anything i can take to help this, as my self confidence is very low about it.

I wouldn't pay money for any vitamins or pills that promise to increase your bust size to be honest... I think a decent uplift bra for a bit of cleavage and perhaps some chicken fillets for a night out are your best options.

thing is i can only wear balconnette as the other type i can't fill properly .

Sorry you're down about this... I have the opposite problem. Too much is just as bad as not enough trust me!

yeah i have, just not the same tho is it i don't want really big ones iykwim just a couple of cup sizes bigger would be nice
