Ingrowing toenail

Hi so im currently on antibiotics Clarithromycin im on day 4 for a ingrowing toe nail the pain has gone however ive nottice like a yellow/green mark under my skin little bit worried about it.
Any advice

Could be a bit of pus. Have they not cut the nail out to give you relief?

No they just put me straight onto antibiotics

You need a podiatrist to sort out the toe nail.
