Sea Buckthorn Supplements

Has anyone used these to help with vaginal dryness? An ad popped up on FB, saying that oestrogen isn’t the solution but sea buckthorn can restore moisture to all 3 layers of skin in the vagina. The supplements in the ad weren’t particularly cheap so I wondered if anyone has used sea buckthorn successfully & if so, what brand?

I've been taking Natures Aid Sea Buckthorn for several years on the recommendation of my optician for dry eyes. I've no idea if it's doing anything for vaginal dryness.

Anyone else?
