Bending and carrying post mole removal

I'm due to have quite a large mole removed in a few weeks. It's below my belly button, right where the elastic for pants sit (sorry, can't think of a better way to describe it!). I'm a stay at home mum with a toddler and I'm wondering is this going to impact how much I can lift her and get on with jobs and if so, for how long?
As a side note, I'm also pregnant and in the first trimester so I'm going to ring the dermatology department and see if they still want to go ahead with the mole removal or leave it until post-birth (but then I'll be managing a baby and a toddler so the above question still stands lol).
Any thoughts or personal experiences of mole removal recovery would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t imagine it will cause any issues at all , even if they are removing tissue and stitching
