I am an IBS sufferer and have had such a great few years 🙏 Had 2 weeks in Italy and now home for 3wks and in a massive flare up. Only this time pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic bone area . It feels as though I have done a thousand press ups. I have never experienced anything like this before. Any advice or similar symptoms please tia.

What usually works? For me it’s getting back to strict low FODMAP cutting out dairy and caffeine and going gluten free. Have you tried Symprove? Doesn’t work for me but I know some find it miraculous.

You might have Diverticulitis i get it and the pain is horrendous! Try buscopan or windeaze and drink some cooled boiled water, you might need to go to your Gp though, i think the pain is worse or equal to labour my Sympathies.

Hi thank you both for your advice . I managed to get to see my GP and I have been diagnosed with a UTI. Hopefully antibiotics can sort it out🙏
