Strange marks on my son’s legs but otherwise seems completely well

My son has these strange marks on his legs, no change in health and seems completely normal (full of energy) . Has anyone ever had anything like this? There are about 8 total.

How old is he and what has he been doing? Playing in grass etc?

3 years old, he’s been playing out today just on the patio but not for long periods due to heat. All the marks seem to be on the parts of his body covered up.

Chatgpt suggested Pityriasis Versicolor along with 2 or 3 other ideas

That is an interesting one because he will have been sweating lots and it’s been really warm.

Do a reverse photo search on chatgpt or Google. I find it really helpful 👍
