Endometriosis or something else?

Does this sound like endometriosis.
For years ive had left sided pain during my period. Been ttc for nearly 5 years, 1 pregnancy that ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks. For the past 2 years my pms and period pains kept worsening. Extreme bloating, flatulence, constipation(they claim i have ibs, been diagnosed with that over 10 years but i think something else is going on), I am also experience pain as early as ovulation day, leg pain, sharp pains, burning pain and all sorts of sensations to describe period pain as well as bum pain plus javelin ass when going toilet and even without. Soemtimes i feel pressure or cramping in vaginal area, clots at times and increased agitation and low mood. TMI sometimes period has a lot of ewcm. Ive had multiple ultra sounds, blood tests and trans vag scan all ok. I really think i may have endo but its like they are avoiding or delaying any deeper scans such as laproscopy as i know endo is not always seen on other scans. I am awaiting hsg. Anyone experience similar symptoms and what was your experience for any diagnosis if any.

I could have written this myself. Currently struggling with an adeno flare up and wondering whether I have endo too, as I also have many of the symptoms you mentioned.

Ive had so many blood tests, ultrasounds, CT scans and nothing is showing up. But I also know that endo likes to hide from scans so im wondering whether to push for a laporoscopy to investigate. Im sooo tired, all the time. My ferritin is through the floor

It could all just be the adeno though.

Sorry I can't be more help

It does sound like it could be. I would go back to your GP and push for a referral to a gynaecologist for a laparoscopy as you need answers as to why you are suffering like this.

I have endo. Confirmed by a laparoscopy (two infact) and those symptoms are familiar to me, including the ttc and miscarriage. Ive had multiple transvaginal scans as well and it was only seen via laparoscopy.
