Just that really.

looks like is going to be hotter than a hot thing this week.

im seriously considering becoming a Goth and just crawling into a damp cupboard for the week.

Any tips for surviving it if I do venture out?

No tips as I’d love to crawl in a damp cupboard for the week too but sending solidarity. I really struggle in these temperatures so will be doing the bare minimum I can at work and home.

Recovering from a neurological issue here, still not properly sweating below the waist, this is hell.

Other option is hire a private jet and fly us up to Iceland. Anyone up for it! 😂

Find it debilitating and will get worse. We need air con and to adjust lifestyles so we avoid hottest hours. I lived in Spain and we need to follow that pattern. My dog is so uncomfortable

I’ve looked into proper AC before (rather than the portable ones) but haven’t really been able to ascertain the amount it would cost etc. I wonder if anyone else has looked into it?

I’ve just bought a neck fan (£15 John Lewis - good reviews!). I was a bit sceptical. but I have to say I love having my own portable ‘air-conditioning’! It really does make you feel cooler.
