White head spots on abdomen

for the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed small spots on my chest and abdomen. Some have a white heads. No idea what has caused them. Tried to exfoliate to see if that works. Can anyone recommend a body wash. I’ve googled but lots come up. Thanks. I’ll try and attach a pic but they are spread out across chest and ask men.

Have you applied sunscreen? Been sweating more?
Have you been using a new body lotion?
