Respiratory symptoms, awful headaches, tiredness, increased appetite, and depressed mood - anyone else?

The title says it, really. Not sure how long I've had this because of possible hay-fever crossover, but at least 10 days. I'm in the south-east, near London. Is there a horrible virus doing the rounds, anyone know? I've had some of the worst migraine attacks I've ever had (more like cervicogenic headaches actually) and debilitating fatigue, my breathing is out of whack, lots of sneezing and nose-blowing, and really depressed mood with dark thoughts that makes me feel really unsettled. Plus I just want to eat all the time, even though when I do I'm not getting much pleasure from it. I'm not getting much pleasure from anything, truth be told. Everything I have to do feels like a massive chore and I'm kind of dreading seeing people or having to go anywhere.

Just wondering if anyone else is going through something similar.

Have you some blood tests? Could be peri or low iron or low Vitamin D or low B12…

get a blood test

That’s definitely one for a proper chat with a gp as there may be several things going on.

Thanks for your suggestions. I had full bloods done a couple of months ago for something else and there were no red flags. Thankfully my mood has improved this morning and I don't feel doomy like I have the last few days. I'm coughing more and whatever it is has also gone onto my stomach, though not diarrhoea thankfully 🙏 I'm moving around as mindfully as I can because any exertion very quickly exhausts me.
