WATER FILTERS! Can anyone recommend thea TAP Faucet Water Filters like the one below? They seem budget friendly, please don't recommend anything expensive as on a budget!

I read a book once set in Cumbria where a character who was supposed to have been born and raised there talked about leaving a faucet on, it was very weird.
